Deandra Maharani Mosa Kurnia is a dedicated pastry professional with comprehensive experience in various culinary roles. Currently serving as a Pastry Cook in Training at The Dewberry Charleston since May 2023, Deandra previously held positions such as Commis Pastry at The Lynx Jakarta and Pastry Cook Helper at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. Earlier experience includes a Pastry Trainee role at Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers and a Kitchen Trainee position at The Amaroossa Hotel Bandung. Deandra began culinary training with an internship in Food and Beverage at Bukit Gambang Resort City in 2017. Educationally, Deandra earned a Diploma III in Baking and Pastry Arts from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung, following secondary education at SMKN 9 Bandung.
