Vainqueur Kilindo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vainqueur started their career as a Database Manager at ELICOM BURUNDI in 2018, where they were responsible for designing databases, ensuring data security, and analyzing monthly reports. Vainqueur then worked as a Data Manager at SAIFE in 2019, collecting data on violence against women, performing statistical analysis, and presenting results to management.

In 2018, Vainqueur also worked as a Web soft developer at Burundijobs, where they developed web software. In 2019, they joined GETSOFT as an ICT Officer, and in 2021, they worked as an Expert Consultant in Health Information System at VBC- OPENIT4HEALTH-POLARIS, where they installed servers, updated existing workstations, and configured administrative, financial, laboratory, and imaging services.

Vainqueur has also gained experience as a Data Science Intern at CHARGE Edu-Tech, GlobalCert, and The Sparks Foundation in 2003 and 2022, where they worked on various data science projects. Most recently, they worked as a Data Analytics and Visualization Intern at Accenture, where they focused on data analytics and visualization.

Currently, Vainqueur is working as a Business Data Analyst at the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, where they are leveraging their skills in analyzing business data.

Vainqueur Kilindo completed their Master's degree in Data Science from IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration et gestion de l'informatique / technologies de l'information from Université Lumiere de Bujumbura between 2017 and 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Vainqueur Kilindo has acquired several certifications. In February 2023, they obtained certifications such as Basic-powerBI_Module certificate and Data-responsibility-_-protection from UNICEF, MEAL DPro: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning for Development Professionals from Humanitarian Leadership Academy, and Responsible Data Management in Emergencies from Save the Children International. Furthermore, in January 2023, they obtained a MySQL Workshop certification from skilledUp. Additionally, in May 2021, they obtained a Formation en informatique médicale appliquée OpenClinic DHIS2 Académie certification, and in February 2021, they obtained a Formation en informatique médicale appliquée certification, both from ICT4Development.
