Currently serving as a Senior Freelance Communications Consultant at The Cat's Pyjamas PR Ltd, Michelle leads global change management and communications for a Top 10 Pharma company while also engaging in women's health initiatives and UK corporate communications for a biotech start-up. In addition, Michelle contributes as an Associate at The Difference Collective. Previous roles include Senior Director and Global Head of Neuroscience Franchise Communications at Ipsen, where Michelle built a new team and focused on innovation in patient care. Michelle has also held various senior positions at GSK and Athena Medical Communications, securing seven promotions during a nine-year tenure.
