Oana Nechifor

Oana Nechifor is an accomplished Art Director and Motion Designer with extensive experience in animation and visual development spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Art Director and Motion Designer at The Difference Collective since March 2021, Oana previously held the position of Art Director at Ahoy! Animation, where the collective won the 2013 Deutsche Bank Award in Design. Oana has also worked as a Motion Graphics Designer at Golin London and in various freelance capacities including significant projects for Circus Street and Contented Brothers. Additional roles include Visual Development and Animation at Slurpy Studios Animation, 2D Animator at A Productions Ltd, and Animator at Fettle Animation, where Oana contributed to a BAFTA-nominated documentary series. Oana's educational background includes a Ba Hons in Animation from Edinburgh College of Art and advanced degrees in Mural Art from The National University of Arts Bucharest, showcasing a strong foundation in artistic skills and creative communication.
