TDF consists of IT-people almost by-birth, but TDF continuously forces themselves to think and behave like customers of the own solutions and services. The unique business proposition of The Digital Federation is to combine the traditional business model in the software solutions- and services industry with a completely new one, balancing Tradition, Innovation and Transition. Tradition It is important not to blindly disregard good things you already have, and which are working for you as a customer. TDF helps you to build out the service activities for your existing and new customers, and transition in a pace you and your customers can handle (the push model). Innovation The focus of the ‘newer’ business models is on establishing a Service Provider Platform where marketing, distribution and sales are key elements in a business model which is often called ‘Digital’. Transition from traditional (process) to digital will need to happen.
