Raynell Lenz has extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Lending Administrative Representative and Credit Analyst at The Dime Bank since June 2014, Raynell plays a vital role in financial tracking system development, risk mitigation, and handling commercial loans. Prior to that, Raynell worked as a Teller, providing various account services to customers. Before joining The Dime Bank, Raynell was a Salesman and Office Manager at C. Neer RV, Inc., responsible for customer service, product knowledge, and managing various administrative tasks. Raynell holds an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, both acquired from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
