Demi Narvaez

Demi Narvaez is an accomplished Senior Event Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Currently serving at The Diplomat Beach Resort since April 2023, Demi previously held senior roles at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa and has significant experience with prestigious venues including Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Turnberry Isle Miami. Demi began a career in event planning with positions at Alorè Event Firm and the JW Marriott Marquis, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
