Emma R Reeder has extensive experience in client development, product innovation, and research analysis, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at The Directions Group since July 2015. In this role, Emma also acts as the Co-Creator and Product Owner of IdeaSprint™. Prior experience includes positions at Kantar TNS as a Research Associate and at Procter & Gamble in R&D roles, along with research-related positions at Miami University's Psychology Department. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from Miami University, completed in 2011, and graduated from Mariemont High School in 2007.
