Erin Jaeger

Erin Jaeger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2001, they began their career as a Case Manager at Family and Children Services in Winder, Georgia, where they interviewed families, determined eligibility for assistance programs, and managed benefits. Erin then joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks in 2006, starting as a Case Manager and later transitioning to roles with increasing responsibilities, such as Community Based Program Director, VP of Programs, and Development Associate. In these positions, they oversaw program operations, managed staff, ensured compliance with quality standards, and supported fundraising efforts. Since 2018, Erin has been working at The Discovery Center of Springfield, where they initially served as the Education & Advancement Coordinator before becoming the Director of Discovery School. Erin continues to contribute their expertise in education and advancement to the organization.

Erin Jaeger attended Missouri State University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Child & Family Development.
