Tim Greene, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles predominantly in the tech industry. Tim started their career as an IT Intern at Alliance Data in 2004 and gradually worked their way up. Tim then served as an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst for a year before becoming a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they contributed to Six Sigma projects and created a web tracking application. Tim then transitioned to the role of Applications Programmer/Analyst, where they trained and mentored other developers and saved costs by eliminating wasteful mainframe jobs. Tim later became a Senior Business Operations Analyst, providing mentorship and expertise to team members, and customized SharePoint for enhanced report delivery. Tim then stepped into the role of Lead Business Operations Analyst, managing multiple projects and hiring and on-boarding team members. Tim's next move was to Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow, where they worked as a Software Developer/Analyst and was responsible for enhancing and maintaining various critical applications. Tim also served as a Business Systems Analyst, partnering with stakeholders to find solutions to business problems and creating a web application for state testing administration. Tim's most recent role was at Dispatch Media Group, where they worked as a Lead Business Analyst/Report Developer. Here, they collaborated on streamlining processes, consolidated and normalized performance data, and employed Qlik tools for centralized reporting. Currently, Tim is a Software Engineer at the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

Tim Greene, MBA holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ohio Dominican University. Tim also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University. Furthermore, Tim pursued studies in Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University.
