Kristie Jones-Davis, MBA,CDE

Kristie Jones-Davis has a strong background in finance and operations, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Kristie is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at The Diversity Movement since November of 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at The Diversity Movement from July 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining The Diversity Movement, Kristie held multiple positions at Walk West. Kristie was the Interim VP of Operations from July 2021, and prior to that, they served as the VP of Operations from January 2020 to June 2021. Kristie also worked as a Director of Operations from April 2018 to January 2020, where they played a crucial role in financial planning, forecasting, and implementing key performance metrics and analytics.

Prior to their time at Walk West, Kristie worked at ManageForce as a Sr. NetSuite Functional Analyst from September 2017 to April 2018. Kristie was responsible for setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress for the ERP system.

From June 2015 to September 2017, Kristie worked at Tower Engineering Professionals as a Manager of Financial Reporting. Kristie'sresponsibilities included monthly account reconciliations, treasury management, and preparation of the annual operating and financial budget.

Kristie also has experience at other companies, including I-Cubed, A KPIT Company as an Accounting Manager from March 2013 to June 2015, Consert, Inc. and DSM Pharmaceuticals as an Interim Accounting Manager, Arclight Energy Marketing as an Accounting Manager, TEAMM Pharmaceuticals as an Accounting Manager, and Constella Group as an Accountant.

Kristie holds an MBA and CDE certification, and their diverse work experience demonstrates their proficiency in financial management, operations, and strategic planning.

Kristie Jones-Davis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Campbell University, which they earned from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Saint Augustines College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Kristie has obtained several certifications. These include the certifications "Diversity: Beyond the Checkbox - Unconscious Bias" from The Diversity Movement, which they received in December 2020, and "Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)" from The Society for Diversity/ Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC), which they obtained in December 2021.
