Susie Silver, CDE®, has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Susie currently serves as a Senior Consultant & Innovation Strategist at The Diversity Movement, where they provide valuable insights and guidance to clients. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Consultant at the same company.

In 2015, Susie became the Chief Executive Officer of With Pride Consulting, where they specialize in LGBTQ inclusiveness training for workplaces, schools, and communities. Their training sessions are known for creating safe spaces for learning and open dialogue.

Alongside their consulting work, Susie is also the Chief Executive Officer of Susie Silver Art. Their art focuses on eliminating realistic imagery and aims to provide viewers with a sense of calm and escape from everyday noise. Susie explores various media in their creative process.

In 2016, Susie founded Locally Made Market, a platform that showcases and supports local artisans and their handmade creations. The market emphasizes diversity and originality.

Susie's career started as a Visual Art Instructor at Wake County Public Schools in 2003. Susie held this position for over 17 years before transitioning to their current roles in consultancy and entrepreneurship.

Susie Silver, CDE®, pursued their undergraduate education from 1998 to 2002 at Alfred University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. During their time at Alfred University, they also pursued minors in Art History and Art Education, with a focus on Studio Art as their primary field of study.
