James Spektrum

James Spektrum possesses extensive experience in technical production and event management, currently serving as the Technical Production Manager at Do LaB, Inc. since February 2023. In parallel, James has held similar roles at THIS Events and as Festival Director for Dirtybird, where responsibilities include designing stages and managing large-scale events. With a background in operations management and event production since 2011, James has successfully overseen logistics, budgeting, and team management across numerous West Coast festivals. Previous positions include Creative Technical Production Manager for Texas Eclipse 2024 and various roles at Lucidity Festival, where James managed talent curation and production. Educational background includes attendance at Southeast High School from 1992 to 1995.
