Glenn Somerville

Glenn Somerville is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, mentoring, and community engagement. Currently serving as Director and Owner at Taylor Made Kilts since April 2022, Glenn specializes in high-quality kilt and jacket production. In addition, Glenn holds roles such as Business Mentor at Young Enterprise Scotland and Board Member at The Dobbie Hall Trust. With a history of leadership positions at Patisserie Valerie, including Regional Operations Manager for the UK North, and experience as Operations Manager at YO! Sushi, Glenn has achieved significant operational improvements and successful restaurant openings.
