Bethany Ruark

Bethany Ruark is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at The Doctors Company since December 2017. Previously, Bethany held the role of Actuarial Analyst within the same organization and worked as a Marketing Broker at Crouse and Associates, where knowledge of the wholesale side of insurance was developed. Prior positions include a Supervisor and Underwriter at Pacific Gateway Insurance Agency, managing underwriting assistants and assessing commercial auto accounts respectively. Beginning a career with self-employment as a tutor, Bethany cultivated strong communication and marketing skills. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from California State University, Northridge, along with attendance at Folsom Lake College and Folsom High School.
