Crystal Saling serves on Doe Run’s executive team as vice president – law and general counsel, dedicated to protecting and sustaining the organization and its employees. In this role, she also oversees the company’s IT department.
Since joining Doe Run in 2012 as a paralegal, Crystal has provided counsel to the company in various areas of law,including labor and employment, real estate transactions, and workers’ compensation. She has also managed corporate governance efforts and legal risk mitigation and directed litigation defense efforts.
Saling was named In House Counsel of the Year by Missouri Lawyers’ Weekly in 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a juris doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law.
