Saiho Lau

Saiho Lau is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at The Dolar Shop since November 2023. Previously, Saiho held the position of Director of Operations at Vertex Hospitality Group from June 2023 to November 2023 and returned to The Dolar Shop as Managing Partner after a brief tenure there in early 2023. With a notable background at Panda Restaurant Group from December 2015 to March 2023, Saiho fulfilled multiple roles including Multi Unit Manager, Training Leader, General Manager, and Shift Leader. Earlier experience includes serving as Food and Beverage Manager at Flourtown Country Club and undergoing training as Operations Manager Trainee at Golden Star Holiday Hotel. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University, completed in 2016.
