Melissa is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including benefits, employee relations, training, recruitment and Human Resources administration. She brings over twenty years of human resources and real estate industry experience to her position.
Prior to joining Dolben, she was with her last employer for 15 years, having last served as Vice President of Human Resources. Melissa holds the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. She earned a B.S. from Suffolk University.
