Emanuel Achenbach

Emanuel Achenbach currently serves as the Spa Members Club Administrator at The Dolder Grand, having held various roles including Reservations Associate and Assistant Reservations Manager since October 2021. Previously, Emanuel was Front Office Supervisor at Marktgasse Hotel and held several positions at Hotel Bayrischer Hof and other renowned establishments, focusing on guest service, reservations, and event management. Emanuel's extensive experience includes managing reservations, ensuring a smooth operational flow, and leading team members in high-end hospitality environments. Notable achievements include recognition by Gault Millau as Hotel of the Year 2024 and obtaining several prestigious certifications, such as ISO 9001:2015 and EarthCheck certified Silver.
