Reon Schröder is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in event operations and culinary management. Currently serving as the F&B Back of House Manager at The Dolder Grand since November 2022, Reon has also held various roles including Assistant Event Operations Manager and Event Operations Coordinator. In addition to this position, Reon works as a Planning Lead at PROMOKANT promotions since May 2024. Previous experiences include serving as F&B Coordinator at FIVE Hotels and Resorts and E-Commerce at Schröder NoLimits. Reon's culinary journey began at Romantik Seehotel Sonne, where participation in a Culinary Apprenticeship led to various roles in prestigious establishments. Reon holds a Koch EFZ degree from Allgemeine Berufsschule Zürich and has recently completed the G1 Gastro-Unternehmer Zertifikat. Further education in gastronomy management is underway with the G2 Gastro-Betriebsleiter program at Gastro Zürich.
