Eugene Naughton

Eugene Naughton currently serves as President of The Dollywood Company, a position held since November 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies across Theme Park, Water Park, and Hospitality sectors, ensuring success in guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Prior to this role, Eugene Naughton was Vice President of Dollywood Parks Operations, overseeing various aspects of the Theme and Water Parks. With extensive experience from Six Flags as Vice President of In Park Services, Eugene Naughton focused on revenue generation and international park development. Eugene Naughton holds an Executive MBA with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Radford University.
