Leah Graves

Leah Graves is an experienced Leadership and Organizational Development Manager at The Dollywood Company, responsible for managing training and leadership development programs across Dollywood Parks and Resorts. With a history of roles in training and development, including positions at PerfectServe, the University of Tennessee, Summit Medical Group, and Edfinancial Services, Leah has consistently designed and delivered training programs, facilitated leadership development, and created eLearning content. Leah holds a Master of Science in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
