Lonny Huot

Lonny Huot is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Area Executive Chef at The Dollywood Company since May 2023. Previously, Lonny held the position of Executive Chef at Edgewood Tahoe from April 2018 to June 2023, and at the Sheraton Austin at The Capitol, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, from May 2016 to April 2018.
