Megan Wilson

Megan Wilson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the theme park and recreation industry. Currently serving as a Training Specialist and Festival Operations Team Lead at The Dollywood Company, Megan has honed leadership skills while coordinating resources and schedules for festival operations. Previous roles at Dollywood included Festival Specialist and VIP Tour Guide, which contributed to a comprehensive understanding of event management and guest experience. Seasonally performed as a Mermaid Performer at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and coached young athletes as an Assistant Water Polo Coach with Ohana Water Polo. Additional experience includes a customer service role at Kohl's, managing the CBU Women’s Water Polo Team, and operating rides at SeaWorld San Diego. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from California Baptist University.
