Shylo Ewing is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee experience and training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Dollywood Company since March 2022, Shylo previously held various roles at Vail Resorts from 2016 to February 2022, including Sr. Employee Experience Specialist, Employee Experience Coordinator and Trainer, and Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included developing onboarding plans and overseeing HR operations. Earlier career experiences include roles as Front Desk Agent at The Landing Resort & Spa and Diamond Resorts International®, where hospitality and quality assurance were key focuses. Shylo holds a degree in Phlebotomy from Pima Medical Institute.
