Jenny Coe FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenny most recently served as the Director of People at The Donkey Sanctuary, a prominent animal welfare charity. Prior to this, Jenny worked as the People and Talent Director at IT Lab, an award-winning Managed Services and Cloud Solution provider. Jenny also held the position of Head of HR at Hutchison Whampoa (Europe) Ltd and HR Director for Insurance Services at Xchanging. Jenny's early career includes roles as a Senior HR Manager at Allianz Insurance, Head of HR - UKI at Reuters, Senior Business Partner at National Australia Bank, Business Partner at Commerzbank, and HR Generalist at Barclays Capital. With their extensive experience in HR and people management, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Jenny Coe FCIPD holds a degree in HR from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Additionally, they have obtained the FCIPD certification.
