Bhalinder Pal Singh

Bhalinder Pal Singh is the manager of Administration at The Doon School. Bhalinder has over fifteen years of experience in plantation management and operations.

Bhalinder's career began in April 2004 when they started working as a tea planter for Mcleod Russel. Bhalinder was responsible for different departments of operations and for defining routine maintenance activities. Bhalinder also optimize operations in accordance with production. In December 2013, they left Mcleod Russel to take on their current position at The Doon School.

At The Doon School, Bhalinder is responsible for the entire security of the estate. This includes supervision of AISF jawans (Assam Industrial Security Force) and local guards. Bhalinder is also responsible for setting up systems for maintenance and upkeep of the Estate Transport fleet, and ensuring cost effective and efficient day to day operations. In addition, they are responsible for building an effective vendor management selection system – Implementation - Controls, Checking, monitoring quality and Compliance adherence.

Bhalinder Pal Singh attended S.D.College Chandigarh.
