Carolyn Glaser, LCSW-R has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Carolyn is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Health Administration at Children's Aid since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Door - A Center of Alternatives for over two decades, holding various roles including Assistant Director of Health Education and Engagement, Supervisor of Health Education and Outreach, and Social Worker. Their responsibilities at The Door involved providing counseling services, clinical program management, overseeing health education and outreach initiatives, and transitioning to telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Carolyn also has experience as a Mental Health Counselor in the School Mental Health Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and as a Social Work Intern at Mt. Sinai Hospital's School-Based Health Center.

Carolyn Glaser, LCSW-R, holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Columbia University. Carolyn also completed their undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, where they earned an A.B. degree in Education with cum laude honors. In addition to their academic achievements, Carolyn has obtained multiple certifications that allow their to practice as a licensed clinician in various states. These certifications include being a Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical, a NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker – R, a Virginia Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Washington DC Independent Clinical Social Worker.
