Phoebe Richman is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in social work and program evaluation. Currently serving as the Director of Mental Health Services, Clinical Supervisor, and Social Worker at The Door - A Center of Alternatives since September 2014, Phoebe has also held positions as a Social Work Intern and Education Pioneers Fellow at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. Prior experience includes a Social Work Intern role at Claremont International High School, where programming and policy for students' social-emotional learning were developed, and a Research Assistant position at MDRC, contributing to program development for low-income students.
