Rebecca Magid is currently a Legal Intern at The Door - A Center of Alternatives, where responsibilities include researching administrative and immigration law to support attorneys representing immigrant youth seeking humanitarian relief. Previous experience includes roles such as Operations Assistant at Evereden, where coordination of product shipments to European retailers was key, and as a Paralegal at Children's Rights, where legal document preparation and stakeholder meetings were essential tasks. Additional roles encompassed mentoring with Read Ahead, investigative tasks with The Bronx Defenders, and various positions focused on outreach and development across different organizations, including Annunciation House and the National Network for Safe Communities. Rebecca holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History and Latin American Studies from Columbia University.
