Evan Doran

Evan Doran has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Evan is currently the President of The Doran Group and has been in this role since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Development at The Doran Group from August 2020 to February 2023. Evan also worked as a Limited Partner at Groove Capital starting from January 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Director of Development at Doran Companies from May 2018 to August 2020. Evan gained experience as a Senior Project Manager at Sydell Group from July 2017 to July 2018 and as a Project Manager from August 2015 to July 2017. Evan also worked at Toll Brothers as a Project Manager from May 2015 to August 2015 and as an Assistant Project Manager from July 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, Evan served as an Editor at Cornell Real Estate Review from September 2012 to June 2014, where they led the publication and managed research articles. Evan started their career as a Summer Associate at Capstone Advisors in June 2013, where they underwrote investment opportunities and led discussions with municipal staff.

Evan Doran has a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs (International Economics) from The George Washington University. Evan also holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate from Cornell University.
