Sevan Hasbanian has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Restaurant General Manager for the pre-opening team of the Lana at Dorchester Collection since October 2023. Experience includes a tenure as Restaurant Floor Manager at One&Only Resorts from August 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included staff training and acting as Restaurant Manager. Prior roles encompass a Senior Management Trainee in Food and Beverage at One&Only Resorts, a Finance Intern at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, and various internships in esteemed establishments, including Pavillon Ledoyen and Georges Blanc. Education includes a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from emlyon business school and multiple degrees from Institut Lyfe and the Hotel and Catering school of Marseille.
