Elizabeth Phelps has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Platinum Partner Success Specialist at The Douglas Stewart Company since November 2015. Previously, Elizabeth held various positions at Core BTS from June 2011 to October 2015, including Education Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included managing training schedules, instructor calendars, and course materials. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Destination Maternity Corporation and as an Accounting Clerk/Shipping & Receiving Clerk at Wisco Farm Cooperative. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 2008 and 2010.
