Principal and Co-Founder Kenda Lister manages business operations for The Dove Agency and specializes in DesignDocs integration. After earning her BBA in accounting from Texas A&M University, she began her financial career in tax and audit with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and she has managed back-office operations for interior design firms since 2015. Kenda admires the innovation, creativity, and versatility her clients possess, and she enjoys applying administrative processes to drive their firms’ growth and profitability.

Combining their impeccable expertise, proficient knowledge, and well-versed perspectives, Kenda and her co-founder, Beth, together developed services that streamline administrative processes, giving interior design professionals the time to do what they do best—design. These processes are the foundation and hallmark of The Dove Agency today.
