Previously, Owen founded and directed City Break UK, a travel tech startup focused on enhancing destination exploration through a mobile app. Other notable positions include Director of Tours & Travel at Destination Group, General Manager for WildChina, and Director of Operations at BF Group, where leadership in opening a new high school was demonstrated. Owen also held significant roles at BE Education and Aston Educational Group, managing educational services and operations across multiple regions. Early in the career, contributions to Xian Music Radio as a radio personality and a part-time Inventory Manager at Helly Hansen further enriched Owen's diverse background.
