Brittany Lee

Brittany Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy within the criminal justice reform movement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Empathy Network at Dream.Org, Brittany has played a key role in efforts that include the passage of the First Step Act and the reform of women’s prisons nationwide. As the Founder and Director of ProSay and the Digital Design & Organizing Consultant at B. LEE Consulting, Brittany specializes in website and digital media development, along with social media management and strategic planning for various organizations. Previous positions include Operations Manager at EXPO & FREE, where Brittany focused on strategic execution and project management, as well as roles in facilitation and housing coordination at other community-focused organizations. Brittany holds a degree in Legal Studies & Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Wisconsin Extended Campus Coding Boot Camp.
