Edilah Jordan

Edilah Jordan (also known as EJ) is the Director of Tech Career Pathways for Dream.Org Tech program. Edilah owns the development and implementation of Dream.Org tech program’s workforce strategy, inclusive of traditional and emerging technical fields (including cleantech), to ensure that as the tech economy grows and evolves, Black, Latinx, and justice system-impacted talent are not left behind! She also oversees the Dream.Org Clean Tech scholarship program and cohort program. Edilah also manages various stakeholders involved, focusing on relationship retention. She also procures corporate partnerships to cultivate cohorts nationally.

Prior to joining Dream.org, Edilah’s professional background includes project management, community development, and sales in both the non-profit and tech sectors. Throughout her career, Edilah was consistently the highest-grossing sales professional and produced several systems and tools that equipped her for her roles. She also created and implemented programs and sales processes that increased the growth and success of the companies she worked for. In addition, she has hired and managed teams of various sizes and delivered contract service level agreements, expectations, and value propositions.
