Dan Jones has a wealth of experience in the homebuilding industry. Dan started their career in 1987 as the V.P. of Construction at Zaring Homes and went on to become the Cincinnati Division President and then the Region President. In 1999, they became the President of Zaring National Corp. for two years before moving to Drees Homes. At Drees, Dan held the position of Regional President and later became the Executive Vice President of Homebuilding Operations. In these roles, they oversaw multiple regions and markets, managing operations, marketing, production, and ensuring profitability and compliance with strategic goals. Dan's expertise includes corporate and division management, strategic planning, budgeting, land development, product development, and competitive analysis.
