Matt Hillas has a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from Massey University. Matt has held various positions in the aviation industry, starting as an Aircraft Technician in the Royal New Zealand Air Force from 1988 to 2001, followed by working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Air New Zealand from 2003 to 2005. Matt then transitioned to sales and business development roles, working as a Regional Sales Representative at UD Truck Distributors (NZ) Ltd. from 2006 to 2009 and currently holds the position of Business Development Manager- Central at The Drug Detection Agency since April 2015.
