Pavel Lempert

Pavel Lempert is an experienced corporate facilitator and event manager currently serving as the Lead Corporate Facilitator, Event Manager, and Talent Coordinator at Drum Cafe NY since 2005. In this role, Pavel designs and collaborates with corporate clients to create customized experiences, while also managing logistics with clients, venues, and production companies. Prior to this position, Pavel worked as a Banquet Captain at Heartland Brewery Group from 2002 to 2011, where responsibilities included understanding contracts and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Pavel's diverse performance background spans from 1986 to 2005, which includes work in dinner theater, summer stock, European tours, and performances at The Walt Disney World Company. Educationally, Pavel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1982 and 1986.
