Craig Norris

Craig Norris is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the wine industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for The Duckhorn Portfolio since March 2022, Craig previously held leadership roles including Director of Sales and Operations at The Vineyard House, where significant achievements included increasing direct-to-consumer sales from $150,000 to $1.3 million and growing club membership from 36 to 650. Craig also excelled as Regional California Sales Manager for Duckhorn Wine Company, achieving a four-year sales growth from 28,000 to 100,000 cases, and as Northern California Sales Manager for Far Niente Winery, where initial employee responsibilities quickly led to a managerial promotion. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Nevada, Reno.
