Kathy Oates

Kathy Oates has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Kathy started their career in 1984 as the Director of Education and Training at The Adhesive and Sealant Council, Inc. Kathy then moved on to the National Council of State Housing Agencies in 1997 where they served as the Director of Project Management and Meetings until 2001.
