Madeleine Gjerling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and customer experience strategy. Currently serving as the CX Strategy & Business Transformation Director at Duni Group since August 2006, Madeleine has been pivotal in transforming the commercial organization and implementing digital solutions to enhance sales and marketing efficiency. Previous roles within Duni Group include Multichannel Commercial Manager, where focus was on adopting business processes to customer needs, and various leadership positions in commercial management and business controlling. Prior to Duni Group, experience includes a role at Unilever as a Supply Chain Accountant and at Gambro Lundia AB as an Assistant Controller & Controller. Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in corporate finance and is currently enrolled in an Artificial Intelligence for Business Programme at INSEAD.
