Jack Dupps

Jack Dupps is a Human Resources professional with a diverse range of work experience. Jack is currently the Human Resources Director at The Dupps Company, where they have been since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining The Dupps Company, Jack worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Western & Southern Life from June 2019 to August 2020. Jack also served as a Benefits Specialist at Leadec from June 2018 to June 2019, where they focused on benefits enrollment and FMLA tracking.

Jack's earlier experiences include working as a Student Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz from September 2017 to October 2017, assisting with fundraising and alumni engagement. Jack also had internships in Human Resources at The Dupps Company in 2017 and 2016, where they were involved in various projects such as wellness initiatives, benefits creation, employee safety, and recruiting.

Furthermore, Jack gained experience as an International Services Intern at the American Red Cross in early 2016, and they worked as a Warehouse Attendant and Maintenance Technician (seasonal) at The Dupps Company during the summers of 2015 and from 2012 to 2014, respectively.

Jack Dupps, SHRM-CP, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. Jack completed their Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources from the same university, from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they also pursued a minor in Business Administration and Management during their undergraduate studies.

Before entering university, Jack attended Bishop Fenwick High School from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their high school education.

In terms of additional certifications, Jack obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2019. Jack also obtained the OSHA 30 General Industry Safety and Health certification from OSHA-Training.com in April 2019.
