Thomas Hines

Thomas Hines is an experienced welder currently employed at The Dupps Company since December 2020. Previously, Thomas worked at GE Aviation from March 2017 to June 2020, specializing in TIG welding stainless steel and inconel, particularly for turbine engine systems. Thomas demonstrated proficiency in operating various tools such as belt grinders and tubing sizers, while ensuring quality control measures were met before final inspection. As a Lean coordinator, Thomas contributed to the optimization of manufacturing processes by generating lean projects and maintaining a 5S workplace. Thomas completed a Combination Structural & Pipe Welding Program at the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology between 2016 and 2017.
