Cecilia Rosenfield

As the VP of Transactions, Cecilia leads the team responsible for underwriting and executing new acquisitions and development projects. She is also a member of the team responsible for the Durst development cycle from property acquisition to planning, construction, lease-up through stabilization. Cecilia joined The Durst Organization 10 years ago as an Administrative Assistant in the Property Management Office of 114 West 47th Street. She joined the Commercial Leasing Team as an Analyst in 2012 and rose through the ranks to become Director of Transactions in 2018. Cecilia has lent her expertise to several Durst developments including the acquisition, financing, and development of Halletts Points, Queens Plaza Park, 1800 Park Avenue, EŌS Nomad, and 57 WEST.

Cecilia specializes in navigating complex regulatory schemes and has successfully managed multiple projects through New York City and State’s notoriously convoluted affordable housing and tax abatement programs. She is a member of WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate as a Scholarship Alum. Cecilia holds a Master of Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack and a Bachelor of Business from Pace University.
