With a robust background in franchise development, Jeremy has been instrumental in connecting experienced professionals and entrepreneurs with business opportunities across multiple brands, including The Grounds Guys and Rainbow International. Jeremy's expertise extends to supporting existing HVAC contractors with business growth strategies at Aire-Serv and assisting transitioning veterans in starting their own businesses. Previously, Jeremy held the role of District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, overseeing scouting operations in McLennan County. Jeremy is an alumnus of Baylor University, holding a B.B.A. and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management.
