Josie Reyna (Romo) has extensive experience in technical support and technology management, currently serving as a Lead Technical Specialist at Neighborly® since May 2008, with previous roles as a Technical Systems Specialist and Manager of Franchise Technology Support. Prior to this, Josie worked at The Home Depot in the Hardware/POS Help Desk position from August 2007 to March 2008. Josie holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Maintenance Technology and a Certificate in Home Technology Integration, both earned from Texas State Technical College between 2005 and 2007.
