Daniel Maldet

Daniel Maldet is an accomplished engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as an Engineer 1 at The EADS Group since September 2022, Daniel previously held the role of Project Manager / Estimator at Straw Construction Company Inc. from June 2022 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Civil Engineer Trainee at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) from August 2021 to June 2022, along with an internship at PennDOT from May 2018 to August 2020. Daniel began their career as a Maintenance Worker for Hooversville Borough from June 2016 to May 2018 and gained mechanical drafting experience at Global/SFC Valve Corporation from June 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included updating drawings into 3D solid modeling using SolidWorks. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown and a vocational degree in Pre-Engineering from Somerset County Technology Center.
