Rareș Pamfil is a Senior Manager at The Earthshot Prize, responsible for scaling the portfolio of finalists and collaborating with investors and philanthropists. Previously, Rareș worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager with expertise in sustainability, economic development, and renewable energy. Rareș co-founded Impact Agora and worked at ClearlySo, Barclays, Ashoka, and Google, bringing a wealth of experience in impact investing and product management. Rareș holds a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University, a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
